The Greater Mandeville Seafood Association announces that it wil no longer produce the Mandeville Seafood Festival, including the 2013 festival. Although this celebration of south
Louisiana culture has been a 4th of July staple on the Northshore for 35 years, the GMSA board has suffered a loss of sponsorship and revenue over the past several years due to the
tough economic climate.
The board would like to thank all of our vendors, sponsors, and volunteers for all of their dedication over the years. They have greatly appreciated all of the wonderful assistance
provided by Fontainebleau State Park, the Lt. Governor's Office, the City of Mandeville, St. Tammany Parish's Sheriff's Department, and Louisiana State Police Troop L. The board also
expresses warm gratitude to the thousands of locals and visitors who celebrated with us since 1978.
For the Board of Directors,

Bill Dobson
GMSA President
