5:00 - 5:45 RICK SAMSON PROJECT
This year's festival starts off with the one and only Rick Samson Project. Rick Samson had been a recognized solo artist on the Northshore way before he helped form the popular band Four Unplugged. Upon retiring from Four Unplugged, Rick has been making waves again - this time with his new venture featuring, Mike Schoultz on drums, Ralph Edwards on guitar and Bobby Rodwig on bass and keys.
6:00 - 7:45 WITNESS
Slidell's most popular band makes their debut at this year's Festival. Witness has a reputation for bringing the right music to the right occasions. Featuring Missi Spinosa on lead vocals backed by a solid group of players including Ray Ybos, Danny Hill, Shayne Barnes, Joey Spinosa and Jeff Horn. Look forward to a good time as this group has been zeroing in on a spot at the Seafood Fest for a long time and we know you won't be disappointed.
8:00 - 9:45 FOUR UNPLUGGED
THE FOURHEADS ARE COMING!! That has long been the battle cry of the Northshore's most popular rockin party band and their fun loving fans known affectionately as the Fourheads. From Baton Rouge to the FloraBama, Four Unplugged parties are legendary. In the 15 years Four Unplugged has been together, they've helped entertain and make memories for more people than any band on Lake Pontchartrain's northshore. Featuring Rick Windhorst on lead vocals, Jan Windhorst on keyboards, Dave Lemoine on bass, Randy Bidleman on drums, Jimmy Belew on sax and Milton Borel and Kenny Schnieder on guitars. This band is known for their varied repertoire and showmanship. See why everyone says, "Four Unplugged showed up and a party broke out!"
10:00 - 12:00 WET WILLIE
THAT'S RIGHT! You heard correct!!! One of the most amazing and influential bands in the history of southern rock and roll comes to this year's Mandeville Seafood Fest. Wet Willie is one of the few surviving bands that actually played the legendary Warehouse in New Orleans. It was on a rocking New Years Eve when they recorded Drippin Wet - one of the greatest live Southern Blues Rock Albums of all times. If you ever heard rumors and want as close an experience as you can to a live show at the Warehouse in New Orleans... when a concert was a concert... then you have to listen to this record in its entirety. And then there are the hits.... Keep On Smiling, Dixie Rock, Street Corner Serenade, Shout Bamalama, Red Hot Chicken, Country Side of Life, Leona, Everything that You Do Will Come Back to You, Shame Shame Shame, Grits Ain't Groceries, and many many more. I know we have been excited about our schedules in the past but this year the Seafood Fest is taking it to the next level by bringing in WET WILLIE, led by multi instrumentalist and vocalist Jimmy Hall, along with original members, Jack Hall, John Anthony and Donna Hall... This is one band that helped bring Southern Rock to the forefront and we are proud to have them at this year's fest. Like Charlie Daniels sang in the South's Gonna Do It Again, "and Old Brother Willie's getting soakin wet!" Well we look forward to this band working up a sweat as we round out the first night of the 2011 Greater Mandeville Seafood Festival.
No performances scheduled.

8:00 - 9:45 CIRCLE OF LIGHT
We are very excited to have CIRCLE OF LIGHT for one of their debut performances - or should we say rebut performances before they were to rudely interrupted. Circle of Light features all four original members of the 80's local legend and Louisiana Hall of Fame Inductee's LILLIAN AXE. In the 80s Lillian Axe was the top drawing hard rock band wherever and whenever they went. Unfortunately, right when they were poised to show the world what they had, problems with the record company split the four friends apart. But NOW we are excited to say that for the first time in many many years, Ladies and Gentleman, Stevie Blaze, Johnny Vines, Danny King and Michael Maxx are back!!! This will show that great music can heal your soul. Come check them out and get yourself a copy of their new CD, on sale at the festival the night of the show.

If you've never seen the Chee Wheez before then you must be living in another country because it seems like these talented guys play almost 365 shows a year. Come get involved as the band brings its wild ride of a good time to the Mandeville Seafood Fest, make sure you see this show.
12:00 - 2:00 THE BUTCH FIELDS BAND
Butch and his band of musical troubadours, have honed their skills playing every bar from Mississippi to Bourbon Street. Regular shows down in the French Quarter have made them a band to be reckoned with. This band will set the stage as you start your day enjoying all the tempting seafood dishes the festival has to offer, accompanied by some great music..
2:15 - 4:15 UNITED WE GROOVE
We are honored to have the amazing and versatile Ms. Kathy Willis and her newest project at this year's fest, We look forward to welcoming her back as she brings her newest band, United We Groove to our stage. We know it will be just the right amount of rock and energy to get you out of your seat and dancing off that soft-shell crab po boy you just ate.
4:30 - 6:30 BERNIE CYRUS
What can we say about Big Bernie that aint' been said yet? Musician, songwriter, radio DJ, TV show host, former commissioner of the Louisiana Music Commission, YAT,... the list goes on and on. A lot has been said and written about Bernie but one thing is for sure, when Bernie brings his band to the festival it's always a good time. Get ready people!

5:00 - 6:00 SOUL REVIVAL
Here comes the original Northshore soul and rhythm and blues revue that's known as Soul Revival. We are happy to have Soul Revival back and for them to kick off our night of Soul, R n B, 50's and 60's Rock and Roll. Along with their devoted fans, Soul Revival know how to get a party started from the get go. Don't plan on sitting down for this show cause believe us you will be rocking to Soul Revival.
6:15 - 7:45 AL "LIL FATS" JACKSON
Ladies and Gentlemen the Greater Mandeville Seafood Festival is proud to give you Al "Lil Fats" Domino, OOPS! We meant Jackson. But since the real Fat Man doesn't play live anymore that doesn't mean you can't enjoy a live performance of all the great tunes the orginal Antoine "Fat's" Domino made famous. Come check out Al "Lil Fat's" Jackson and you will hear a musician that can even make the Fat Man himself smile. "Lil Fat's" will bring his showmanship to our stage and keep the party going for a rocking night of 50's, 60's and soul music. Pounding out that classic New Orleans Rock and roll.... I found my thrill, (and you will too!)

How do you top an evening of great 50s and 60's rock n roll? Well how about a band that can do it all and much more... We are thrilled and proud to welcome back THE TOPCATS. Originally known as T.Q. and the Topcats, the band has morphed from a fifties tribute band to the most popular full time party band in the area. In the early 80s with a change in musical styles the band dropped the T.Q. from their name and the Topcats have been rocking audiences ever since. No band around can play all the types of music that the Topcats have in their play list, So we thought that they would be the perfect ending to a rock n roll night. Sure they can play 50s. 60s and soul but look for the Topcats to play to the crowd and don't be surprised to hear 70s, 80s, 90s and every kind of music from then til now! Believe me; the Topcats can do it all. Don't be surprised to hear a Beatles song followed by the Cupid Shuffle right into a Boston or Buffett tune. If it can be done, Rob, Buzzy, David and Pat can do it all!
12:00 - 2:00 MONSTER CRAWFISH
Sunday kicks off with Monster Crawfish. This band of four well known musicians - Gary, Jennifer, Stephen, and Chris - has been making a lot of noise all over South Louisiana and we are excited that we were able to get them to kick off our entertainment on a spectacular day at the Festival. Check out the Car Show and get some food and then come wash it all down with a big helping of Monster Crawfish.
2:15 - 4:15 BIG FUN BRASS BAND
You may get lucky enough to see these guys parading around the festival grounds but today we have them on our stage, loud and proud as they play down home New Orleans foot-stomping brass band music - the way only Big Fun Can! See why they don't call them Big Fun for nothing!. Get ready to second line!
4:30 - 6:30 BAND OF BROTHERS
Dale Galatas and the boys - Johnny Price, Anthony LaGuardia, and Rocky Seals - bring their own version of down home smoky blues along with southern fried New Orleans Rhythm and Blues to the Seafood Fest Stage. 8:00 - 10:00 CATEGORY 6
Everyone's been asking "What happened to Kris from the Chee Wheez?" Well look no further because boy have we got a great band to close out the festival this year. Category 6 is the newest, hottest band around featuring not only Kris but a whole bunch of the original crazy guys who started the original Chee Wheez including Alan Calagan, Billy Gaudin, Marc Engeran, Nicky Manalle and Steve Petit! We won't even try to predict the course of this high-energy whirlwind for the Seafood Festival stage, but you know this one will be off the hook! This is a show you won't want to miss.
12:00 - 2:00 MIKE EPSTEIN
One of the Northshore's great songwriters returns for an intimate set of his own music and his interpretations of other great songs. You'll hear many of his great solo works, along with crowd favorites from his days with the Saddle Tramps as well as select songs from other well known artists. We sure missed Mike and Ryan last year and are certainly glad to have them back.
2:15 - 4:15 TRINA LYNNE & THE CRESCENT CITY CATS
This band of virtuoso musicians led my Ms. Trina Lynne on vocals has been making a big splash in St. Tammany recently. The perfect band with the perfect music to be sitting in beautiful Fountainbleu Park on a summer day. We are proud to have them for you to enjoy while you eat, shop and listen.
4:30 - 6:30 CHRISTIAN SERPAS & GHOST TOWN
What can we say about the hardest working band on the Northshore? Not much except look out!! Doing it Ghostowns way from the very beginning, Christian and the boys - Jeff Oteri, George Neyrey and Brian Broussard - take pride in keeping the fire and outlaw attitude started by the original man in black, Johnny Cash, alive and blending that attitude with the musicianship and swagger of today. It's kind of like that old Wolf brand chili commercial, "When's the last time you enjoyed a big heaping taste of Christian Serpas and Ghost Town? Well that's too long!" Get em while they are hot at the Seafood Fest.
