Application Process
Applications will be considered in the order they are received. Two (2) Seafood dishes can be served for the $1000 fee received before June 1, after June 1 fee is $1200 payable
in cash or certified funds only for two (2) food dishes. Each dish must be approved by the festival. Applications will not be processed until payment is received in full by the
association. Once application is approved, you will receive an acceptance letter from the association, if your application is not approved your payment will be returned. If you
do not receive an acceptance letter by June 15, call our office at (985) 624-9762 to make sure we received your application.
Booth Space
The booth space is 10' x 10'. If your booth exceeds 10x10, you need two or more spaces! Strictly Enforced! You supply electric cords (if needed and fee is paid), fire
extinguisher and a 2' x 8' professional sign or banner with the names and prices of your dishes on it. Sign lettering should be of professional design. We supply water, booth with a
front serving counter and 24 hour security on the grounds. Persons renting booth space are responsible for having their area clean. The park does not have wireless internet
capabilities. Also, all items must be removed from the site no later than 10 a.m. the day following the festival.
Fees
All applications received by June 1, for a 10x10 booth space are $1,000 for two (2) Seafood dishes. Each additional 10x10 space is also $1,000. After June 1, each
10x10 space is $1,200 payable in cash, certified funds or credit card only! Booth space must be paid in full before application will be considered. The fee will be returned if
application is not accepted. All dishes must be approved by the festival. More than two (2) dishes are allowed for an additional fee of $50 per dish. After June 1, all fees are
non-refundable. No Exceptions! Electricity is available within 50 feet of the booth space (110 volt socket) for a $50 fee. Vendors must provide their own extension cord(s).
Vendors cannot share electricity. No generators can be used during festival.
Insurance
After food booth applications are accepted, all vendors are required to have a certificate of insurance with a minimum of $500,000 general liability coverage and Mandeville Seafood
Festival listed as an additional insurer on the policy. The insurance certificate must be received by the festival within 30 days after vendor receives the acceptance notice.
Vendor Check-In
Vendors can check-in Wednesday, or Thursday, prior to the festival between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. at the festival office on festival grounds. Vendors must be set up and all vehicles
moved to assigned parking area by 10 a.m. Friday. Each vendor will receive no more than four (4) vendor passes and one (1) parking pass. Additional passes can be purchased
only at time of check-in. ($10 per vendor pass and $25 per parking pass) If you have a trailer that requires additional parking, you must purchase a parking pass. Vehicles
parked in vendor parking may not be allowed out this area during "lock down" times (fireworks, emergencies, etc.) Workers do not have to park in vendor parking; they can use public
parking and take the shuttle service at no extra cost. All vendors will be required to sign at check-in saying they have read and agree to all materials, information, rules and
regulations.
Taxes
Vendors are responsible for reporting their own taxes. Sales tax must be paid to St. Tammany Parish (4.75%) and the State of Louisiana (4%).
Other Information
Ice will be available to vendors on site. All purchases are cash only. No drinks are allowed to be sold by vendors. Mandeville Seafood Festival sells and contracts all beverages.

Food Booth Rules and Regulations
- Mandeville Seafood Festival reserves the right to reject an application for any reason.
- Payments will be returned if application is not accepted.
- Refunds will not be issued for any reason after June 1 .
- All fees increase after June 1, NO EXCEPTIONS!
- Applications will be considered in the order they are received. Food items cannot be changed once approved. Only approved food items can be served.
- MSF will attempt to avoid duplicating food dishes, but we do not guarantee this.
- Certificate of insurance must be received by the festival within 30 days after vendor receives the acceptance notice with a minimum $500,000 general liability coverage and with
MSF listed as an additional insurer on the certificate.
- Vendors must check-in at the festival office to pick up all passes before setting up. Trailers need additional parking pass.
- Vendors will be given up to four (4) vendor passes and one (1) parking pass. Additional vendor passes can be purchased for $10.00 each only at time of check-in. Festival office
must put these wristbands on vendors. Additional parking passes can be purchased for $25 each only at the time of check-in.
- All vehicles must be in assigned vendor parking area by 10 a.m. on mornings of festival.
- Persons renting booth space are responsible for having their area clean, all trash picked up and grease properly removed.
- Mandeville Seafood Festival reserves the right to make changes to the site layout at anytime.
- Vendors must supply fire extinguisher and a 2' x 8' professional sign or banner with the names and prices of your dishes on it. Sign lettering should be of professional design.
Vendors must also supply their own extension cords.
- Sales taxes are the responsibility of the vendor. Vendors must report and pay own taxes.
