RAIN or SHINE
APPLICATION FOR FOOD BOOTH
- Booth rental spaces are $700.00. You will be able to serve 2 (two) Seafood dishes for this fee.
Each dish must be approved by the festival. (List choices below).
(More than two items are allowed for additional fee per item).
- Note: After June 1st, fee is $800.00 payable in cash or certified funds only. No refunds after June 1st.
- You will need to supply a fire extinguisher and a 2' X 8' professional sign or banner with the names and prices of your dishes on it. Sign lettering should be of professional design.
- We will supply water and electricity within 50' of your area.
- We supply the booth with a front serving counter. Booth's are 10' X 10'. We will have 24 hour security on the grounds.
- Persons renting booth space are responsible for having their area clean.
All items must be removed from the festival site no later than. 10 am on July 7, 2008.
- You must be set up by 10a.m. on July 4th, 2008.
- Vendor passes can be picked up at the festival office on the site, after noon on Thursday, July 3, 2008 .
Limits: 1 vehicle and 4 worker passes per booth rental.
( vehicle parking allowed on site in vendor lot).
Note: Applications will NOT be processed until payment is received by the association

User agrees to hold Greater Mandeville Seafood Association harmless and defend the Festival in any and all suits, claims, demands, or actions arising from the use and occupancy of the facilities, parking lots and equipment.
